LITCON Goes to Polish Airsoft Festival

The event will take place from July 3 to July 6, 2025, in the quarries and surrounding areas near the town of Szaniec. The game area will be open starting July 1, 2025. The participant limit is 999.

II. The organizer of the "Polish Airsoft Festival" 2025 is the "Military Operations Rescue Team" [MORT] group, along with individuals from other groups and associations across the country. The formal aspects of the event are managed by the company MORT Daniel Piotrowski, Zbrodzice 75, 28-100 Busko-Zdró

The venue will officially open on July 2nd (Wednesday), but participants may arrive earlier and set up at the camping area after notifying the organizers about their arrival at ([email protected]).

• You want to participate in a large airsoft event focused on intense shooting action.

• You understand that by choosing a side with a command structure (Blue or Red), you will be subject to a chain of command and must follow orders from your leaders.

• You value having "fun" both in the game zone and in the festival area.

• You enjoy and actively engage in the events happening around you.

• You expect purely LARP-focused tasks from the organizers.

• You are unwilling or unable to adhere to airsoft "fair play" principles.

• You want the game to revolve solely around you.

• You aim to play an indestructible "terminator."

• You cannot accept or follow the rules outlined in the PAF mechanics.

Important information:

There is discount for 10 people registration (registering 9 tickets and getting 1 free).
There is discount for in-game vehicle drivers (if it's a vehicle with a turret driver will have a free ticket).


     Q&A
 

1.  On the map, we see that the Green/Blue/Red safe zones are next to each other. Does this mean that the main bases cannot be attacked?
   
   The color-marked zones are located in the off-game area, meaning they are outside the game zone, near the registration and festival area. The actual game zone is right next to it. Separating the camping and sleeping area allows for some rest and integration with other players. Of course, there are always groups that prefer to stay in the game at all times, and we fully support that! The game area features multiple key locations, including fortified points that will be the center of battles or need to be defended for a set period.
    

2. Electricity in each main base—will your team provide it, or should we bring generators (diesel)? If generators are allowed, are there any specific rules for their use?

   Electricity will be provided by the organizers only in the festival area, including locations such as registration, the organizational tent, the relaxation tent, the food area, and the headquarters of the red and blue teams. In the festival area, players will be able to use power outlets to charge their personal equipment. However, we do not plan to run power lines to the camping zones. Players can set up their own generators at the edge of the zones, ensuring they are positioned safely away from tents.

3. Destroying in-game vehicles: In our last game in Poland (Misja Afganistan), we used 3D-printed RPG/nLAW launchers powered by green gas that shoot paintball rounds. Would this be an acceptable option for your event, or do you have different requirements?
   
   - Yes, we allow RPG/nLAW launchers powered by green gas that shoot paintball rounds.
   However, paintballs will be provided exclusively by the organizers in their designated color—players are not allowed to use their own.
    
4. Do you have specific rules for grenades? In Lithuania, we use ZUKI/BBS/cardboard-cased self-made grenades, as well as commercially available Airsoft grenades sold across the EU.
   
   We allow commercially available European airsoft grenades that disperse BBs or peas.
   We also accept homemade cardboard grenades if they meet our safety standards. For example, the firecracker inside should be a small FP3 (0.87g)—this is the only type we allow. If these are not available in your country, please send us details of similar models you have for review.
   Grenades must be filled with either BBs or peas to be approved for use.
    
5. Traps/Mines: Can we bring trap grenades (with wire) and mines (grenades with pressure switches), deploy them during the event, and remove them afterward?
   
   Traps/Mines: Yes, you can bring tripwire traps with grenades and pressure-triggered mines, as long as they meet the safety standards regarding the size of the pyrotechnic charge and are safe for players. All devices must comply with event regulations to ensure fair and safe gameplay.
    
6. Water supply: Will there be a water supply where we can refill empty canisters, or should we bring enough water for 48 hours?
   
    There will be access to drinking water and water for washing.
    
7. Will you have shops and food areas (e.g., food trucks, Airsoft shops, scuba tank filling stations, etc.)?
   
   Yes there will be a food zone and airsoft stores on location
